  3. Any potentials concern with the product, ie if it is a substitute what might a person not get from the product that they could get from a different source
  4. What “evidence” is available on the internet
  5. What quality evidence is there about the product and its nutritional benefit
  6. Cost of the product. Availability? Cultural influence.?
  7. Summarize with 3-4 key take away messages
  8. Resources included using APA format
